Phone announcements you can hear before ordering
phon.ist lets businesses create phone announcements in the browser. Start with your own script or adapt a template for a greeting, voicemail, on-hold message or absence notice. Choose an AI voice and add music if it fits.
A free audio preview lets you check the result before ordering. Company names, numbers and unusual terms are worth listening to carefully. The preview includes a protective notice; the finished production is ordered separately. You can start without an account.
One announcement or a complete project
The generator handles individual announcements. The Call Flow Studio brings several messages together, such as a welcome greeting, a message for callers on hold and an after-hours announcement. A shared voice and music selection keep them consistent.
German and English are available as primary languages. Additional French and Italian versions can be prepared in the studio, keeping multilingual announcements within the same project.
Map the call before configuring the phone system
The Call Flow Designer shows the route a caller takes: which greeting plays first, what happens outside business hours and where each phone menu option leads.
Announcements, time rules and transfers can be mapped and reviewed together. Configuring the actual phone system remains a separate step, handled in that system or with a telephony partner.
